We at Social Creative Lab (SCL) were established with the goal of contributing to the further promotion of local industries, the cultural improvement of life, and the healthy development of society as a whole by improving creativity (the ability to solve problems) through design, art, and other creative activities.
We will redesign society by carefully identifying local issues facing the times and listening to people's voices.

Taku Matsuda
In 2008, he joined Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. (now Toppan Corporation ) and gained experience in planning and production of web, digital content, and video. At the Japan Association for the World Exposition (seconded from April 2019 to March 2023), he was in charge of PR promotion for the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo. After returning to Japan, he has been in charge of social areas such as culture, tourism, and urban development for local governments across the country.
Kaori Matsuda
In 2007, he joined Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. (currently TOPPAN Corporation ), and after working as an editor for university and educational institution magazines, he has supported various PR projects for companies. In his private life, he is also active in local community activities, including the Nishinomiya City Youth Protection Association.
